Anonymous Call Rejectionback to top
You can automatically reject all calls that have been marked anonymous, or blocked by the calling party for just $1.00 per month. Your phone won’t even ring. Activate by dialing *77, and Deactivate by dialing *87.
Auto Redial *66back to top
Let Auto Redial do the dialing for you!
By dialing *66, your phone will try to reach the busy party for up to 30 minutes. When the call goes through, your phone rings you back with a special ring. Deactivate by dialing *86.

Call Blocker *60back to top
Stop getting the calls you don’t want for only $2.00 (Residential) or $3.00 (Business) a month!
Call Blocker rejects calls from up to 10 specific numbers. The number of the last caller (even if you don’t know what it is) can be put on the list, too. So the caller who is annoying you will hear a recorded message saying you are not accepting calls. Activate by dialing *60 and following the prompts. Deactivate by dialing *80 and following the prompts.

Take your calls with you wherever you go. Life is busy. You don’t have time to sit around the house waiting for the phone to ring! Have your calls forwarded to another number and never miss a call. Call Return *69back to top
You are just coming in the door and the phone has been ringing. You rush to the phone - just in time to hear the caller hang up. With *69 Call Return, there is no need to rush. *69 Call Return calls back the last number that called you (for up to 30 minutes) - even if you don’t know who it was! Dial *69 to activate. Cancel call return by dialing *89.

Call Waitingback to top
What if someone needs to get through but you are on another call? Call Waiting alerts you to a call coming in when you are already on the phone. You can put the first call on hold and answer the second. Make sure people are reaching you when they need to get through. Press the flash button to switch to the other caller. Who’s beeping in?
Have you ever been on the phone, heard your Call Waiting beep and wondered whether or not to click over to answer the call? Now you can know who is on the other line with Caller ID on Call Waiting. With this feature, your Caller ID will display the name and number of the new call so that you can make an informed decision on whether or not to “click” over. Cancel Call Waitingback to top
If you have call waiting, but you are on an important phone call and don’t want to be interrupted, you can turn off your call waiting for the duration of that call. Any incoming caller will receive a busy signal. Activate Cancel Call Waiting by dialing *70.

Find out who is calling you before you answer the phone.
Caller ID displays the number and/or name of an incoming caller on special equipment and stores the information for you. You can find out who called while you were away, even if they did not leave a message. Use your right to choose for just $6.50 (Residential) or $8.50 (Business) a month. Direct Inward Dialing Service (DID) will help start your business off on the right track. Instead of having multiple lines for your business, DID service gives you multiple extensions, callable from outside the company. Long Distance Alert permits a customer to identify incoming long distance calls by a distinctive ring or call waiting tone. Activate and Deactivate by dialing *49.

Need some peace and quiet for awhile? This feature will make your line appear busy to all incoming calls, but you can still place outgoing calls if you like. Activate this feature by dialing *91 and dial *92 to deactivate.

Customize your rings! Choose up to 31 numbers you’d like to have a special ring tone for. You will hear this customized ring on incoming calls and for call waiting (if you are already subscribed to call waiting)! To activate, dial *61 and follow the prompts.

PRI Serviceback to top
Advanced Digital Service – Primary Rate Interface is a digital business service that provides access from a customer’s premises to the Company’s circuit switched voice and circuit switched data via a 1.544 Mbps central office termination and a 1.544 Mbps interconnection to the customer’s premises. Advanced Digital Service – PRI service includes the transport, common equipment, local exchange switching, and trunks for access to the local exchange and toll networks. About Your Optional Serviceback to top
If you use Auto Redial, Call Forwarding, Selective Call Forwarding, Call Forward Busy, Call Forward Don’t Answer, Call Return, or Remote Access to Call Forwarding to call a long-distance number, you will be charged a long-distance rate and the telephone number will appear on your bill.
To use many optional services, touch-tone service is automatic or place your telephone in the tone mode after dialing the access code. If you are using a rotary dial telephone, simply press 11 in place of *, ignore the # instruction, and wait four seconds before proceeding. Several optional services involve special use of the # key, the switchook or the phone’s ringing pattern.
Some telephones limit the use of these features. Please call the manufacturer or distributor of your phone if you have questions. (Not all services are available in all areas on all calls. Some calls may be blocked or unavailable-other restrictions may apply.)
