Our CSR’s consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of BBTCO products and services to meet our customer needs. Required qualifications include extremely detail oriented skills, knowledge of computer use: Excel, Word and Lotus Notes, ten key calculator, STRONG communication skills and telephone etiquette. NOC IP Technician
Big Bend Telephone Company is seeking a NOC IP Technician. The ideal candidates will have experience with Cisco equipment and good understanding of Ethernet switch and IP routing concepts, standards, and operations.
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a data/ip network environment
- Good understanding of data/ip network equipment, terminology and standards
- Thorough understanding of Ethernet switching and IP routing including VLANs, access lists, and routing protocols
